I’m going through a similar fearful situation too this end of the year, with a change of career goal imminent if I even make it through these grueling eval sessions. And I’m teetering on NI (needs improvement) status. With pitfalls close to my side, and with tons of doubt and thoughts of self-defeat clouding my mind these past 2 weeks, I brave on. Scared as hell, but I brave on.
